Yes, for current-generation Frame TVs the Slim-Fit (No-Gap) wall mount is included in the box, so you usually do not need to buy a separate bracket. We check your model and year when you book - a small number of older or very large models use a different mount, and we will tell you before the day if anything extra is needed.

Yes. The Frame's near-invisible One Connect cable can be run inside the wall cavity to a concealed One Connect Box in a cabinet, joinery, or an adjacent room. Where in-wall routing is not possible - solid brick or concrete, for example - we use slim surface trunking painted or colour-matched to the wall. We confirm the best method for your wall during the quote.

Yes. We install Frame TVs on plasterboard, brick, block, concrete, tiled walls, and timber VJ walls common in Queenslander homes. Each wall type needs different fixings and drilling equipment, which our installers carry on every job. The No-Gap mount sits flush on any of these walls when it is fixed correctly.

A standard Frame installation with surface cable management takes about 60 to 90 minutes. Installations with in-wall One Connect concealment typically take 2 to 3 hours depending on the wall construction and where the box is being hidden. We confirm the expected duration with your quote.

Often yes, but it depends on the heat output and clearances of your fireplace and the viewing height in the room. Because the Frame sits flush against the wall, heat management matters more than with a standard mount. We assess this honestly on site and will tell you if an alternative wall is the better choice.

Yes. Every installation includes connecting the TV, pairing the One Connect Box, setting up Art Mode and the motion sensor, and checking the picture before we leave. If you have a bezel frame accessory, we fit that too.

Every Samsung Frame installation is covered by our 5-year workmanship warranty. If any aspect of our mounting or cable work fails due to workmanship, we return and fix it at no charge. The TV itself remains covered by Samsung's own product warranty.
